A real-estate developer from Riyadh, that designs and builds spaces worthy of who lives in them.

We started in 2009 with a small team and an engineering obsession. Fifteen years, fifty projects and two thousand units later, we still treat every decision in every project as if it were our first.

Our story

We started with a question: why are homes handed over unfinished?

In 2009, two of Numu’s founders moved into their first apartments on the same day, from two different developers. Both spent the first two weeks fixing what shouldn’t have needed fixing. That morning was Numu’s first morning.

The first idea was simple: one project, done right. We wouldn’t list it until we’d lived in it ourselves — literally, two weeks. Every note got written down and fixed. It didn’t scale, but it gave us a method.

Then five, then fifty. Today we live in each project for a week instead of two, but we keep the same notebook and the same commitment: we don’t hand over what we wouldn’t accept ourselves.

The beginning

Numu Real Estate was founded in Riyadh by a small team of architects with one project and a clear premise: build better than what gets built.

2014

First ten projects

Ten completed projects in. Our reputation for delivering on time started here — a rarity in the sector then.

2019

Beyond Riyadh

First Numu projects in Jeddah and the Eastern Province. We brought interior design fully in-house instead of outsourcing.

2024

2,000+ units delivered

We crossed two thousand handed-over units, with post-handover maintenance programs for every project — an uncommon practice among Saudi developers.

Vision

That when the name Numu comes up, it serves as a guarantee that a property is trustworthy — no walkthrough required.

We measure this with one thing: the share of clients who buy a second project from us before they’ve taken delivery of the first. Today: 47%.
